I am very weak in some particular chapter of paper F4 GLO . this chapter is in following:
1. management, administration and regulation of companies
2. The constitution of the company
3. Corporate governance
4. Alternatives to winding upIs it really essential to cover this chapter to pass in the exam?
No, but I’m not going to say that it’s any less important than other chapters / topics.
At this late stage, I suggest you try to read through the chapter a couple more times to try to get a feel for the subject. In addition, try planning some answers from the revision kit and then see how you went on by comparing with the printed solution. HOWEVER!!!! DO NOT GET DISAPPOINTED WHEN YOU SEE HOW LITTLE YOU HAVE PLANNED COMPARED WITH THE LENGTHY ANSWERS IN THE KIT!!!!!
the printed solutions are way over what can reasonably be expected from a student
