Sir,
Could you please explain what is the difference between the management accounting system and performance management information systems and how those two systems can improve quality of information and performance of the company?

You are asking me to explain what P5 is about!
Management accounting system: budgeting costing etc.
PMIS : will include the above plus more measures of performance, particularly non-financial, such as quality and customer satisfaction.
These systems will provide targets and feedback to push the organisation towards better performance.
