Which of the following is NOT management accounting information?
(A) Sales budget
(B) Variance report
(C) Payroll report
(D) Profitability report
Sir please tell me, how the answer is “C”. And one more favor is that please explain little bit about each option. There is no where in book explained about these options.
Thank you.
A payroll report is not prepared for management, it is prepared for the state (showing, for example, how much tax had been subtracted from employees wages).
All of the others are reports prepared for management to help them make decisions.
I don’t know where you found this question, but it is unlikely to be relevant in the exam.
I explain what each of the other three options are in my free lectures.
Thank You so much sir. Sir I found this is Kaplan Kit (MA1).
Sir I am unable to find free lectures?
I must apologise because I was thinking that this was a post in the Paper MA Forum and not Paper MA1.
I regret that we do not have lectures for Paper MA1, just the free notes.
No problem sir. By the way, I really liked the notes provided.
