    Hello,

I wondered whether there could some advice provided on the topics which are most likely to be examined on please?
I do totally understand that you must have theoretical knowledge in all the syllabus, however is it possible to extract the main areas which is must-know and apply accordingly.

    Thank you,
    Daiva

We don’t provide tips or suggestions for study for the next exams. The title of the exam is ‘Advanced Performance Management’ and this entails:

1 Deciding what is meant by good performance (NOT ALWAYS HIGH PROFITS)
2 Deciding how you will measure that ie metrics
    3 Measure
    4 Appraise the results
5 Suggest how the results could be improved,

Usually you have to write a report of some kind so format and content have to be professional. Though models are important, I suggest you first approach questions from a ‘common sense’ angle then use models to support or extend your answers.

You best approach is to work through recent papers to get a feel for the sort of questions that have come up there. It is important to at least plan your answers then to critically compare your plan to the model answer to see if you accurately addressed teh requirements

    Ken,

Thank you for your response. It’s greatly appreciated.

Apologise for my unprofessional approach in constructing the question.
