kindly could you help me with this please ,got lil confused
in Bpp Rev Kit
Q- All criminal law cases begins in which of the following courts ?
A-County court
B-The Magistrates Court
C-The Crown court
i selected C but Bpp’s answer is B
All criminal law cases are started in a magistrates court and only serious ones are proceeded to the crown.
These include murder, rape and robbery, among others
