Hello professor, I know it is not subject related but you know better than others so I am asking you. Thank you.

I want to ask that I am going to appear in MA exam after 10 Sept but before 30 Sept so it will be considered as September attempt or December Attempt?

Hey! I believe we plot the dependent variable on the y axis of the graph and independent variable on the x axis but in the opentution notes there’s this scatter graph where sales are plotted on x axis and year is plotted on y axis. Why is that so?

No reason. Although usually the dependent variable is on the y axis, it is not actually a rule.

However the graph in the notes is only to illustrate what is meany by a scattergraph. Obviously you cannot be asked to draw any graphs or charts in the exam 🙂

(I trust that you are not using the notes without watching the free lectures that go with them. That would be pointless because they are only lecture notes and it is in the lectures that I explain and expand on the notes.)
