sir in this questions 1)a) why is Executive board not considered as an internal stakeholder?
Board of trustees inclusion as internal stakeholder is fair, but Executive board’s absence is unclear to me…
‘The executive board has become concerned…..’ and wants a report as to how to manage the internal and external stakeholders.
Yes, the board is an internal stakeholder but it does not want a report on how to manage itself.
If the trustees had asked for the report then the board would be included in the report but the trustees wouldn’t.
