Hi Sir,
Regarding the June 24 case study for SBL – if a question were to come through about PVS becoming a listed company – are you able to tell me how I would structure this answer? What sorts of headings and information would need to be brought in?

It seems that only students registered for the exam have access to the unseen material so that ACCA can keep track of which students have accessed it and give reminders to those who haven’t.
However, I think it’s unlikely that you would have to go into much detail about the information a company would need to display if it were to become a listed company: that’s really asking what should appear in a prospectus. So, anything which an ordinary investor might want to know would also be relevant:
Business
PESTEL
Resources (eg skills, patents, reputation)
Financial information
Markets
Major customers
Competitors
Strategy
Recent results
Major risk and mitigation steps
Valuation might come into it a little, but that begins to encroach on FM, so it would be simple P/E ratio stuff etc. - AuthorPosts
