Hello Sir ,
Is an audit firm allowed to make financial statements of a listed company if they make 2 separate teams for audit and production of f/s.

No. Listed companies are so large they should have staff able to produce their own FS.
There is a small, limited exception: if part of the listed company is immaterial (eg a very small or near dormant subsidiary) the audit firm may prepare the FS but the audit team must then be separate.
