Hi Mike,
In the first lecture you made mention of a list of cases that should be in the notes on page 123 (I think). However, when I downloaded the book and printed it out, the list of cases were not there.
Can I access it somewhere else? As you said, it would be a good idea to print out that portion and have someone read out the case or name for you to become acquainted with them.

These lectures were recorded before the change in format for the F4 exam. There is now NO opportunity for you to bring those cases into an exam answer – sadly!
The lectures themselves though are still valid and the cases’ stories as I tell them in the lectures will most likely help you to remember the principle attached to the case and you will then be better able to select the appropriate answer from the choice of four (or two) given in the exam questions
