Hi all,
Does anyone have a good summary list of cases from F4 English December 12 material by name of the case, area of law and principle?
I would appreciate sharing. Thank you in advance.Hey guys,
i hope you all doing well, i am struggling with the Law big time, but anyway i have found somthing which you all waiting for,

When I was giving law, I hated it the most..you wouldn’t believe how much I hated it… I use to observe how everyone used to learn the cases etc and all…. I couldn’t even think of doing that…learning cases was a nightmare for me…. What I did was, I read the whole book properly infact very properly..and I guess solved a few questions without ‘cases’.. I knew the concepts so I used to make my own examples, same thing I did in the paper…and I did pass. The thing with theoritical subjects is if you know the concepts and know how to write you can pass easily. So, don’t sweat over the cases if you are finding it hard to learn them…just focus on the concepts.

that’s true, but u know I may not b able to answer all the questions like you did in your exam, and to answer just knowledge base questions i guess,,, cases r really important to mention…

I could not found the document section now,, opentiution site has improved n due to that i am really finding difficult to it, please mail me any related or even this one as i am doing the f4,f5,f6 for next june 2013
