in the very first lecture available for Chapter 3, the lecturer directs the students to pages 123-134 at the end of the lectures to find various cases explained, with two coloumns of ‘area of law’ and ‘principles’. it is not at the end of the lecture notes available on the website. Could I please have a copy?
Hi, since the change in the F4 exam format to a 2 hour paper with all mcqs and mtqs, opportunities to demonstrate knowledge, appreciation and love of the cases surrounding the principles of English Law have been taken away.
No more (sadly) are there 10 questions of 10 marks each requiring you to write 10 essays. Those days are gone so there is now no need at all to remember case names
The stories are still good and are, dare I say, sometimes fun, but remembering case names? NO!
OK?
