1)For answer part (a) of this question
What is the mean of the permanent shift in the exchange rate? is it mean the exchange rate fluctuate will not base on inflation but relative economic of the country?

2)for Q1 part (b)(iv), If I can’t relate the answer to the possible issues and areas for further discussion by the BoD like what examiner write and only write the issue about the proposed finance used, will be acceptable?

    Thank you.

    1. Yes (and the examiner explains this in the 4th paragraph of his answer)

    2. If you look at the marking scheme at the end of the answers, you will see the points that the examiner was requiring.
