Dear Sir
Referring to the question below, I know that preferential creditors should be paid before floating charge-holders. But what about liquidation costs?
In which order of priority should the following be paid upon a company’s liquidation?
A. Floating chargeholders
B. Preferential creditors
C. Liquidation costsThank you in advance.
It’s a question from real ACCA exam, so I’m not sure about the answer too.
