Hello sir,pls there’s a question giving me a tough time
In the question, there’s a cost of liquidation which is to be treated as legal expenses (the usual place we are supposed to use it should be in the liquation final account,but the requirements of the questions is to prepare statement of affairs and deficiency
How do we treat the liquidation expenses in respect statement of affairs?
