Hello Mike, hope you doing good.
Can you please explain me what is meant by, “Injunctions require a defendant to observe a negative restriction of a contract”.

An injunction is when a judge says, for example , “Stop doing that ” or “Don’t build that wall ” or “No, you can’t work for another film company because you’re in a contract with this film company ”
It’s a negative instruction from the Court
