during the exams, can we use pencil to plot the graph, as ACCA mentioned on black ball point pen can be use. so use pencil or pen?

You must use a black pen – even for any graphs.
(If you are worried about making a mistake, then draw it in pencil first (so you can change if you realise you have done something wrong) and then when you are happy with it draw over the lines with a black pen.)
