See the BPP exam kits number 2 LInacre co (12/05), see its answer of part b workings number 4, the calculation on customer supply; Where does 160 comes from???

160 is the number of orders.
If you look at the third paragraph of the question, the first sentence says that there will be 100 orders of 60 units, and 60 order of 50 units. So….the number of orders is 160.
