Dear sir,
I would like to ask you with what method (key-factor or throughput) we calculate the contribution if we are not given it calculated in the example 1 of the chapter 6.

There is only one way of calculating contribution!! With throughput accounting we do not calculate the contribution, we calculate the throughput return.
Linear programming questions always use contribution – throughput would not be applicable.
