Hi sir,
If there is one limiting factor and if the question doesnt specify whether to use key factor anaylsis or throughput accounting for finding optimum production plan which method we have to use sir.?
It is always key factor analysis unless the question makes it clear that it wants throughput accounting.
So unless question specifies use throghput accounting for any limiting factor problem we always use key factor analysis and rank based on contribution per labour hour
