In a limited partnership, there must be at least one general partner who is personally liable for the full amount of partnership debts.
But it is not how it is for limited liability partnership right, sir?
There was a question in “F4 GLO CHAPTER 11 QUESTIONS”
In the context of a limited liability partnership, which of the following statements is false?
A. there shall be at least one member with unlimited liability
B. “limited” shall be the last word in the firm’s name
C. annual financial statements must be filed with the Registrar of Companies
D. it shall have at least two members
Is there a possibility for two answers – A & B?
Hmmm, that needs looking at again
Are you sure that the question relates to a limited liability partnership and not a limited partnership?
If you have typed it correctly, then both A and B are false
