Can someone tell me and discuss the differences in detail between the Limited Liability Partnership Act of 2000 and the Limited Liability Partnership Act of 1907

The 1907 Act is the Limited Partnership Act (not the Limited Liability Partnership Act) The two are noted (briefly, but enough) within the course notes
