Hi, all,
Does any one think P&L will come up in Dec 17 exam as the 35 mark question? Or more likely yo be consolidated?
Also what areas are you focusing on for the section B, I think sale and lease back is likely to come up in the exam.

I am not sure about Q1 so going to revise both.
I also think leases will come up again so practising all lease questions from the BPP’s revision kit (for exams between sept17 and june18)
Other than that I am trying to learn a little bit about each standard.

I feel as though it’s unlikely we’ll see Cashflows come up in Q1 as it was just examined in September but I would definitely still learn them just in case. I think PnL is a good shout as from doing ACCA I’ve found the examiners don’t like doing easy December exams (which would be giving us a Balance Sheet). Seems like it has been a while since complex group structures came up but it’s hard to tell with the hybrid exams.
A question on Leases seems fairly certain to me and I’ve seen a website that tries to predict the questions and it says Joint Ventures/Arrangements might come up… but I noticed it has been tipping that to come up for a while with no success.
