sir, do you have access to the amended question, where part c requires us to use the BSOP model?!
May 13, 2015 at 4:49 pm #245761Sorry – I have the original question but it does not include Black Scholes. (And I do find it strange that any of the publishers should want to amend the question. It is fair enough to amend questions when the syllabus has changed since, or when the examiner has changed. However neither of these apply here – it is the same examiner and the same syllabus 🙂 )
February 26, 2018 at 3:56 am #438945Hello sir,
For part b) i) PRODUCTION PHASE: is it right if we find 12 year annuity and subtract annuity of year 2 for 7.692%
Which would be –
7.6578 minus 1.7908= 5.867
Therfore, multiply 6000,000×5.867= 35,202,000.Sorry if it was silly :/
AND THANK YOU SO MUCH!
February 26, 2018 at 8:09 am #438987Sorry, but I have no idea what you are asking about. The original exam question is a 27 mark question and does not have a part (b).
