Sir, In group situations what are the conditions where veil of incorporation can be lifted and where it cannot be lifted?
Also in DHN Food Distributors v London Borough of Tower Hamlets (1976), the veil of incorporation was lifted. However, in Adams v Cape Industries (1990) the veil was not lifted. Why is that so, can you please explain
No, that I cannot explain! It seems to depend upon the mood of the Court as to whether or not the Court is able to draw any distinction in order to be able to avoid that burden of precedent
But you cannot possibly be asked any question in F4 where any answer that I could give you would be relevant
