Dear sir, i have a simple question, what is meant by levers of change please for example,
“Discuss levers that can be employed to manage
strategic change”
what does lever mean here pleaseA lever of change is used to ‘push’ through changes and to overcome resistance to change.
Unilever suggest five levers to promoting and achieving change:
Make if understood
Make it easy
Make it desirable
Make it rewarding
Make it a habitBut, I don’t think you need to learn those. The concept is enough.
