Hi Ken,
sorry to post another question so soon. this should be my last question for a while.
i wanted to ask in what level of detail we should memorise the theoretical information for application in the exam. sorry if this sounds like a silly question. i know that in some of the lectures you mention where great detail is not required. but for other things- for example, for McKinsey’s 7s, should we have memorised the seven 7s? (and likewise for all the management theories).

You need enough detail to be able to apply a model. So, for the 7S model, if you are going to use it at all you would need to be able to tie up the 7S elements, where relevant, to information in the scenario. You would not get marks for some sort of statememt like “The 7S model could be relevant here”.
