I’m on the Level 7 apprenticeship with the final exam SBL outstanding. As this is part of the end point assessment, the training provider Kaplan books the exam themselves and also pays the fee. After chasing up with them several times, Kaplan has finally booked the exam, however it shows a balance on my ACCA portal as fee outstanding. I’m worried that ACCA will retract my entry if this is not paid before the standard exam entry deadline. Does anyone have any experience of the Level 7 Apprenticeship and been in this position.

As there may be no one who has experienced the same to get back to you before the standard entry deadline – Monday – I suggest you contact Kaplan asap by email now – also their contact form – https://kaplan.co.uk/apprenticeships and phone to follow-up first thing on Monday.
