Hi!
In b interpretation, why they are saying that the extra 67398 bonds need to be paid by levante when levante needs to pay for both the bonds of total 1567398+1500000?
You are misreading the answer.
It says that when they come to repay they will have to pay an extra 67398 (i.e. 1567398 instead of the 150000 that they would be repaying if the bonds were issued at par instead of being issued at a discount).
