The Kaplan Urwitz ratings test…Will they always give the formula or should we learn it

It has never been asked in the exam, and I doubt it ever will be asked because it is not mentioned in the syllabus (but if it was asked then the formula would be given).
It was not asked in the original exam question Levante – BPP have added it themselves for some unknown reason 🙂
