Can you give me the correct answer for the following question with explanation. the question is from one of the revision kit which was approved by ACCA.
“Which of the following is the name used for the person who commences a civil action?
A – Appellant
B – Plaintiff
C – Claimant “Good question!
I’m going to say ‘plaintiff’
