What constitutes parliament ? What court handles the multitrack cases?
Parliament in the UK is bi-cambric (two Houses) whereas other countries’ parliaments may be uni-cambric (just one House)
Multi-track cases are held in the County Court (or, if they are above the financial threshold, the High Court)
Thanks
