Hi Tax tutor,

Can you advice why Legal Fee paid in connection with grant of a new lease of a parking space for customer’s motor car is not allowable for calculation of tax adjusted trading profit.

With just the information you have provided I cannot give you a reason other than it is not an expense incurred wholly and exclusively for the purpose of the trade – did the text you took it from not give a reason?
