In the example 2 of chapter 16, you’ve got the total CF after acquisition is 34(y1) but I just can get 35 (20+8+10*.7) pls kindly help me with this discrepancy. many thanks
You are correct – sorry. In fact, the cash flow each year should be 1 higher.
I will get it corrected.
