    can i use the Lectures for F4 (eng) that i found on the site to study for December 2012 exam?

    Yes – the only real difference is the introduction into the June 2012 syllabus the topics of Treasury Shares and the Bribery Act. Both of these are addressed on the site – Treasury Shares has an article written by me on this site and Bribery Act has an article reproduced in Student Accountant sometime towards the end of last year I seem to remember

    Just a quick question on how to note the case in the exam eg

    Tort-the claimant must prove that the losses sustained were reasonably forseeable-The Wagon Mound

    Or- the claimant must prove that the losses were reasonably forseeable- the test for this was defined in The Wagon Mound

    Will the first answer be sufficient and score equal marks to the second?
