Dear Sir,
Is there any videos of lectures regarding chapter 1 and 2?
I only see videos from chapter 3 on.

RegardsNo, there are no videos for those first two chapters – something had to give in the limited time available for use of the video facilities and those chapters seemed to me to be the easiest for self-study
