In some lectures you have specifically mention FA2017. Like in chapter 8, 9, 10, 16, 17, 24 & 25. So are they valid for FA2018?

Each of those chapters you list has a short introductory lecture explaining why and where the use of the FA 2017 lectures is still valid for exams set under FA 2018 rules
