Sir are the following 4 covered in lectures?

c) Feedback control and feed forward control ?

d) Measures to be considered before measuring performance e.g measurement needs resources, must be relevant, must be in relation to some thing, must be fair etc ?

e)Behavior issues regarding performance measurement like short termism and manipulation?

f) methods to encourage long term view ?

Of course they are (although I can’t remember whether I mention feedback and feedforward control or not, if I don’t it is simply because that it a very minor thing).
