The studio ones cover the whole syllabus. The language is spoken slowly. Some people prefer that.
The live lectures do not cover the whole syllabus (but you can plug gaps with the studio lectures.) They are recordings of live lectures, the language is spoken more quickly and they are more dynamic. Some people prefer that.
I suggest you try each and go for the ones you prefer.
