Nothing has changed on my side, yet I am not able to watch the lecture videos tonight for some reason whereas they were working perfectly last night. I have tested by trying to watch a few F2 lectures – only the Introduction lecture plays, while the others seem to try to load but nothing happens beyond that.
Is there a problem on your side?

vimeo that host the videos seem to have some problem, but I am sure they are working to resolve them, come back in 30 min or so

The lectures can only be viewed online – they are not for downloading.
