In throughput accounting ,I couldn’t find the answer for example No 3 which is about the bottleneck resources -Page No 18. Identify the bottleneck process? although I watched all the lecture for ch5

No – there is no answer in the lectures, but there is of course an answer in the lecture notes (the lecture notes have answers to all of the examples as you will see on the contents page).
If the answer is not clear then ask again.
