hi,am so afraid of construction contract and leasing..how important are they and is there any easy way to do these?

Construction contract is not appearing in the video lectures, pls assist as i noted this before, pls.

OK, work through the OT course notes. They will give you the three basic workings. Steve Scott puts some “fiddly” bits into his questions which are not covered by the course notes, but the notes will give you a good start
