Hi,
As IFRS16 is effective from 1 Jan 19. Does that mean if exam question has a year end of e.g May 19 or Dec 19 we now apply this standard?
When an document appears on the examinable documents list it is examinable – regardless of its effective date.
IFRS 16 has been the examinable document for leases since September 2017.
thanks.
When doing the exam paper. is it a must to start with question 1? Or can you do the questions in any order?
You can answer Qs in any order – but please do read my article here https://opentuition.com/acca/aaa/advanced-audit-assurance-tackle-exam/
(Or watch Ken’s lecture on the same.)
Thanks Kim
