is leasehold property an investment property? or does this mean that company is leasing this property for a fixed time?
The propetry could be either freehold or leasehold, you get it from government for 99 years. It has got nothing to do with investment property or finance lease, treat it as a simple property, like your house might be leased and you live in it, its for your personal use and not a property for an investment purpose.
just treat it as property in F7
