while looking at a ledger balance, an entry said leasehold premises: 4000
my doubt,
Should i look at it as a non current asset because it says premises (which by my understanding means property)
OR
Should i look at it as an expense because it says lease (which by my understanding means rent)
P.s please don’t tell me to watch your videos , i know that clearly 😀 and i will.
Leasing is the same as renting.
They do not own the property, and so it is an expense.
