Dear All,
I want to know how to calculate Interest Rate for an amount of Interest in a Lease Schedule. Please let me know, it’s urgent. Thanks in advance.
Set up an excel spread sheet, put in the fair value of the asset, the formula for a selected interest rate, the monthly / annual payment and press the button.
When that comes to a repayment period greater or less than the lease term, change the rate of interest in the formula and press the button again
