Hello Sir, In Section C today we had a question on Lease vs Buy taking Tax into consideration …….in that case study it was mentioned that the company follows IRR method for investment appraisal ? Would that apply to Lease vs buy too? I calculated the NPV using two discount rates for both lease and buy to calculate IRR is it the right way?
I really cannot comment because I have not seen the exam – I would need to see the whole question.
