Hiya, please could you let me know if one has to learn the entire case study. from the names (Sayer v Harlow)?, date (1951)?, Act?. I would assume one must learn the content of the case.

Ideally, you would know the names of the two parties ( or at least one of the names – eg “In the Harlow case …” ) and the principle
but you certainly DO NOT need the dates of the cases nor, incidentally, the section numbers of any statute which you wish to quote
