The time taken to produce each of the first four batches of new product were as follows

What is the Learning Rate?
Please don’t simply set test questions and expect an answer – you must have an answer in the same book in which you found the question and so you should ask about whatever it is in the answer that you are not clear about.
Also, you have headed up this post ‘learning rate for units that do not double’, but they do double twice!
Calculate the average time per unit when they make 4 units.
Then use the fact that 100 x r^2 = (ave time per unit when they make 4 units).
