Sir there was this question in specimen exam in ACCA website . It say that previous learning rate was 85% now it’s calculated and it’s 80% what could be the reason for this difference….. so I thought learning rate has decreased this may due to machine break down high staff turnover etc but answers says it mean learning rate has improved.
Is it I that when learning rate decreases it’s an improvement???
The lower the learning rate then the faster the learning. (A learning rate of 100% would mean that they are not learning at all and so are not working any faster).
I do explain this in my free lectures. The lectures are a complete free course for Paper PM and cover everything needed to be able to pass the exam well.
